Shipping policy

We aim to deliver your Geran products quickly, securely, and reliably.

1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays). Orders after 12:00 PM SGT are processed the next business day.

2. Delivery Options

• Standard: 1–3 business days after dispatch
• Free Shipping: Orders over S$15.00

Currently, we only ship within Singapore.

3. Delivery Delays & Risk of Loss

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss and title pass to you when the order is handed to the courier, as recorded in their system.

4. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive the order, contact us at info@geran.sg within 3 calendar days. You must provide details and cooperate fully in our investigation. If delivery is confirmed with no evidence of error, we are not obliged to replace or refund.

If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 3 calendar days with photos of the product and packaging. Verified cases will be replaced or refunded at no cost to you.

5. Policy Updates

We may amend this Shipping Policy at any time in compliance with Singapore law. The latest version on www.geran.sg applies to orders placed after the effective date.
