Refund policy

This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work, in accordance with Singapore’s Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order. Items must be unused, unopened, in original packaging, and accompanied by valid proof of purchase.

We cannot accept returns of:
• Opened or partially used wipes
• Personal care products once unsealed
• Items marked as “Final Sale”
• Gift cards or promotional vouchers

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, notify us at info@geran.sg within 3 calendar days of receipt. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product and packaging. We may request additional evidence or inspection before approving a refund or replacement.

3. Return Process

You must obtain written authorisation before sending any items back. Items returned without approval will be rejected. If the return is due to our error, we cover the return shipping; otherwise, you are responsible for shipping costs.

4. Refunds

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days once the returned item is inspected and approved. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Banks or payment providers may take additional time to credit funds.

5. Refund Abuse & Fraud Prevention

We may refuse or limit future returns in cases of repeated claims without merit, suspected fraud, or failure to cooperate in investigations. For defective or missing item claims, you must retain all packaging and assist in the investigation process.

6. Policy Updates

We may amend this Refund Policy at any time in compliance with Singapore law. The latest version on www.geran.sg applies to purchases made after the effective date.
